Java
Journal
The Java Journal is a colorful 11” x 17” social newsletter that originated in Muskegon in 2006. Scott Britton introduced an exclusive concept where only one plumber, one pizza shop, and one dentist office per zip code could share advertising costs, thus reducing expenses for local business owners. By providing a continuous presence in front of key prospects, the Java Journal enhances advertising effectiveness through repetition. Ultimately, the Java Journal aims to support businesses in reaching their potential and becoming marketing partners to help achieve growth. Cherie Britton is the Editor, and Scott Britton is the Publisher.
Longevity
Your print ad will outlast online ads. While Internet ads vanish, print ads endure. Additionally, digital media like email campaigns might get buried in your prospects' inbox and deleted without being seen.

Safety
Due to the increase in online viruses and spam, many individuals are hesitant to click on banner ads, regardless of how appealing they may seem.

Non-Intrusive
Your ads are seen by your prospects on their own terms and within their preferred reading material. This approach avoids any accusations of spamming, and tools like AdBlock are ineffective against your ads.

Print Drives Online Search
Research indicates that after seeing a print advertisement, readers, particularly consumers, initiate their online search.

Establishes a Dedicated Readership
Regularly receiving the Java Journal fosters a subconscious and enduring bond with readers, leading to a loyal relationship. This committed readership tends to perceive your message more positively, reinforcing it through repetition.

High Retention Rates
Reading offline often leads to longer attention spans as compared to online reading. The Java Journal can be absorbed in a single glance without the need for scrolling. Readers are more likely to retain information from print content.
Visibility
With the decline in print advertising, there are fewer ads competing for a reader's attention. As a result, your ad can have a greater impact as it may not need to compete with numerous other ads.

Distribution
The Java Journal is delivered to residential neighborhoods and commercial districts, with distribution areas varying based on your target audience.
